Matt Broughton is a Senior Financial Advisor and the founder of Broughton Wealth Management Group. With a background in both banking and financial advisory, he helps clients define what they truly want from life and build a plan to help get there. What drives him most is seeing the moment clients realize their goals are within reach with the right strategy and support.

At Broughton Wealth Management Group, Matt leads investment planning and works closely with clients to develop long-term, personalized strategies. He’s currently focused on building out the team to help ensure clients feel supported from every angle, with a plan designed not just for today, but for future generations.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys golf, exercising, and traveling with his family. One of his favorite memories is exploring Spain together and watching his kids experience life beyond their hometown of Carmel, Indiana. He’s also a proud supporter of the Indiana Canine Assistance Network (ICAN), a program that trains service dogs through partnerships with incarcerated individuals. Guided by the belief that decisions should never be made out of fear, Matt brings that same sense of clarity and purpose to the work he does every day.

Dan Hesch is a Registered Client Associate who excels at providing support, staying organized and building relationships with clients. He works side by side with Senior Financial Advisor Matt Broughton, to help make sure clients feel informed and taken care of every step of the way.

Recognized as a 2025 Wells Fargo Advisors Platinum Client Associate, Dan brings a level of consistency and attention to detail that helps the team run smoothly behind the scenes. He recently passed his Series 9 and 10 securities registration exams and looks forward to using that knowledge to keep growing in his role and supporting the team long term.

Outside of work, Dan stays active skiing, golfing, hiking and working out. Some of his favorite memories come from trips to Maui with his extended family. He lives by the advice “know your worth,” and brings that mindset to his work every day.
